Clock to the Rock 2022

             Supporting the My Name5 Doddie Foundation

The Clock to the Rock is a cycle challenge from Big Ben (London) to the Rock (Gibraltar). The total distance is 2,100km (1,300 miles) split into two stages. Check below for stage options and prices.

 

Stage 1 - Cycle from the heart of London, through the beautiful Surrey Hills and onwards to Portsmouth. Catch the overnight ferry disembarking in St Malo and cycle through Normandy towards the Atlantic coast of France. Reaching Biarritz after six days of cycling and a well earned rest day.

 

Stage 2 - Leave Biarritz to tackle the Pyrennees, cycling through Pamplona towards Madrid. Skirting Madrid we head through the stunning interior of Spain via the beautiful cities of Toledo and Ronda, eventually arriving in Gibraltar.

6 days, Big Ben to Biarritz 

574 miles and 16,000ft climbing

 

TBC – Big Ben to Portsmouth, 83 miles, overnight ferry to St Malo 

TBC – St Malo to Nantes, 110 miles

TBC – Nantes to La Tranche sur Mer, 97 miles

TBC – La Tranche sur Mer to Royan, 84 miles

TBC – Royen to Arcachon, 92 miles

TBC – Arcachon to Biarritz, 108 miles

TBC – Rest day, transfers to and from Bordeaux Airport

Stage 2

8 days, Biarritz to Gibraltar

728 miles and 40,000ft climbing

 

TBC – Biarritz to Tafalla, 92 miles

TBC – Tafalla to Almazan, 101m

TBC – Almazan to Guadalajara, 78 miles

TBC – Guadalajara to Toledo, 96 miles

TBC – Toledo to Puertollano, 101 miles

TBC – Puertollano to Montilla, 109 miles

TBC – Montilla to Ronda, 82 miles

TBC – Ronda to Gibraltar, 69 miles

TBC – Depart Gibraltar

Option 1 – Big Ben to Portsmouth
