Your Chance to raise vital funds for Paris and MND
3 day cycle from the Angel Pub in Thames Ditton to the Eiffel Tower raising funds for Paris lever and Motor Neurone Disease. The event is fully supported providing medical and mechanical support as well as hydration and nutrition along the route.

Day 1
Start - Angel Pub, approx 11.00am

Disembark ferry at 6.45am

Evreaux to Paris

Eurostar from Gare du Nord to St Pancras, train to Thames Ditton. Bikes will be at the Angel Pub for collection

What you need
1. A road bike which has been recently serviced and approved by a mechanic to cover over 200 miles.
2. A level of fitness on your bicycle to cover 222 miles in three days. We will be cycling in two groups and cycling at a leisurely pace.
3. A Garmin (we need the majority of cyclists to have one as the road will not be marked). The above routes will be finalised closer to the start date and can then be uploaded to your Garmin.
4. Suitable Bib-shorts and cycling top for the three days (no washing will be done during the event), plenty of cream for the nether regions.
5. Two water bottles, two inner tubes, a helmet and suitable cycling shoes.
6. Two kit bags. A small day bag(available at water and lunch stop), and an overnight bag to carry your change of clothes.
7. Insurance.
