Mark Carr (the nicest man in the world) was quite simply the most decent nice bloke you could ever wish to meet. He tragically died of a heart attack whilst walking off the golf course on September 8th 2020. He carved out a career in the City and passionately supported Leicester in whatever sport was being played. He took up cycling in 2011 when he cycled from John O'Groats to Lands End raising funds for Help for Heroes and joined the inaugural Ride of the Lions cycle in Australia 2013 and New Zealand in 2017.
He was an integral member of the Ride of the Lions/Legends, raising thousands for charity and always with a smile on his face.
Mark will be sadly missed by so many, its hard to think we will never see his smiling face again.
He was a true Legend.
