It's quite difficult to still understand the enormity of what we achieved. For a group of 53 to 68 year old men to cycle 3250 miles from the Pacific to the Atlantic it is something that most people will never even dream of let alone actually put themselves through the ordeal. Yes, the ride was hard, cycling 33 days with 3 days rest, climbing 136,000 ft but we knew that the funds we were raising for Motor Neurone Disease will ultimately help someone less fortunate than ourselves.

A big mention must go to the support team who kept the whole show moving, who left their businesses and families to help keep us going.
